We are inhabited by an invisible cloud of microorganisms, one hundred trillion or more, they live as a perfect ecosystem within us interacting in harmony, this set of microorganisms is what science has called the Microbiome, in which habited by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. They contain 90% of our genetics, they directly influence every function that takes place in our body. They constitute the organ that, there was still to be discovered, our second brain, since they are in continuous communication with the nervous system, they influence and often determine our behavior, cognition, emotions and our mood.
They educate and direct the immune system; they protect us from external pathogens. Studies showing the association between the imbalanced microbiome and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus have already been reported, published by the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.
There is no diet that is worth if they are not in balance because they are in charge of metabolizing all food that enters the body. They produce vitamins like B12 and K2. They maintain the integrity of the intestinal wall and thus protect from what is known as intestinal hypermeability or "Leaky Gut", currently this is one of the main causes of allergies, autoimmune, neurodegenerative and chronic diseases.
These are just some of the functions of the microbiome, as more and more studies report new discoveries of all the roles in which these microorganisms play an indispensable role. Remember they live in a perfect ecosystem as long as they do not feel attacked, rarely and possibly never their intention is to harm us, the creation is perfect, our Creator designed us to interact with everything that surrounds us not to fight or battle against it. The presence of these microorganisms is not the cause of diseases, one of the main causes of diseases is fear and guilt, emotions that have coexisted with humanity for millennia and that due to the covid19 pandemic were noticeably accentuated, these emotions lower the Energetic frequencies alter the PH, lower the immune system and make the human being more vulnerable to any type of disease.
Let's learn from nature, from animals, from the microbiome to live in peace with everything and everyone, we are here to experience a happy dream, to wake up and to evolve, our evolution includes replacing hate with love and living in harmony I repeat it again with everything and everybody.
We are celebrating the month of thanksgiving, a time to practice gratitude, let's begin by thanking Mother Earth who sustains us and nourishes us with all her resources, let's thank our microbiome that, although we do not see or perceive it, it is there working in our favor. Let us thank our Creator for being part of Him, so that each time we look more like Him and less like ourselves.
We are well on our way to a unified theory of biology that will merge body and environment, brain and mind, genome and microbiome. — Deepak Chopra
